Beethoven / Franck / Bartók

César Franck’s monumental Piano Quintet anchors this program deep in the French Romantic era. The concert includes Beethoven’s athletic, classical Serenade for flute, violin, and viola and one of Bartók’s most beloved works, the Romanian Folk Dances. A collaboration with the Sebago-Long Lake Festival.
