Our second outreach concert is at Plowshare Community on Saturday, March 23 at 3 pm. The Borromeo Quartet performs a short concert of Beethoven Quartet selections that day prior to their concert in Keene that evening.

Horszowski Trio at Lukas Community

Horszowski Trio returned to Lukas to play a new work by Joan Tower, “For Daniel” and Tchaikovsky’s blockbuster Trio.  Jesse Mills, violinist of EEC’s resident trio said “I wish I could give near the 150% I give when I play at Lukas when I’m on a formal concert stage”.  Lucky Lukas Community audience!

Oren Fader and Ilana Davidson joined EEC directors Gilbert and Bagg for a concert of “Music from the Heart”, including music by Franz Schubert (Arpeggione Sonata, played by Bagg and Fader), Villa Lobos’s haunting Bachianas Brasileiras no. 5, Ned Rorem’s Romeo and Juliet Suite and some solo Bach.

Electric Earth Annual Meeting

Electric Earth Concerts will hold its annual meeting on Tuesday, February 18th, at 12:00 p.m., at the Jaffrey Chamber of Commerce.  The meeting will provide the opportunity to elect new board members, and to conduct such other business as may come before the board.
